Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Meta Ads Manager to join our team. As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies, create compelling ad content, monitor campaign performance, and optimize campaigns to achieve the desired results.

Job Description

Creating concepts and appealing visuals for posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and packaging
Perform retouching and manipulation of images Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software Design product packaging, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, web pages, and other communication materials.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Meta / Facebook campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Create engaging and persuasive ad copy and visuals to maximize ad effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Continuously test and optimize ad elements such as targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Meta advertising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Generate regular reports to provide insights on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Meta / Facebook Ads Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Meta / Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
Proficient in analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
